What are your showroom hours?
Salmon's is open from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday and
from 8 am to 4 pm on Saturdays.
Do you require a security deposit on rentals?
A security deposit is required on all orders either in the
form of a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express)
imprint or a cash deposit (determined by management on value
of order).
What is your delivery policy?
We offer delivery and pick up service for all rental equipment.
There is a flat fee for this service, based on the delivery
location. The charge is not based on the amount of equipment
to be delivered. There is an additional charge for carrying
the equipment up or down any flights of stairs.
What are your hours of delivery?
Normal delivery hours are from 7 am to 6 pm Sunday through
Saturday. Deliveries can be made 24 hours a day, but costs
an additional fee.
Do you have a minimum order size for delivery?
Our minimum rental order for delivery is $100. There is no
minimum order for a willcall pickup at our warehouse.
Do your crews set up the equipment?
Salmon's sets up and takes down all heavy equipment (tenting,
cooking equipment, staging, dance floors, etc.). Other items
(tables, chairs, linens, china and glassware) are set up and
taken down by the client. Tables and chairs can be set up
for an additional fee.
What should we do with dishware before we return it?
Please scrape food from plates and rinse. Please place dishware
into the boxes and crates in which they were delivered.
How many glasses and cocktail napkins do I need per guest?
Allow for 3 glasses and cocktail napkins per person for a
cocktail party.
How can I enhance my buffet?
Use tablecloths draped to the floor on buffets or use convenient
table skirts. Elegant silver serving pieces and mirrored trays
set at different heights will create depth and a sense of
excitement.
Do you rent tents?
We have white and striped tents from 10'x10' to 40'x100'.
(and larger combinations as well.) A Salmon's sales consultant
can meet you at your home or event venue to help you determine
the appropriate tenting solution. There is no charge for this
service.
For how many hours will a patio heater go?
A heater will cover 12' to 15' diameter for approximately
8 hours at full rate.
